Gaurav Bhasin is a Vice President at Pagemill Partners where he has successfully completed a broad range of transactions around the world including M&A, divestitures, strategic capital raises, and private placements.

 

Previously, Gaurav worked as an investment banker at Banc of America Securities in the Technology, Media and Telecom Group where he provided advisory services on IPOs, follow-on offerings, M&A and debt-related transactions. While at Banc of America Securities, Gaurav completed transactions representing over $3B in aggregate value. Before moving to investment banking, Gaurav held engineering and management positions at Vitesse Semiconductor.

 

Gaurav holds a masters degree in engineering from the Henry Samueli School of Engineering and Applied Science at UCLA and an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA where he graduated with Anderson Honors.

 

Gaurav holds Series 7 and 63 licenses. He is conversant in Bengali, Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu and grew up in India.
