Patrick Manion is a Vice President in the Software Practice at Pagemill Partners. He has more than six years of experience advising technology companies on mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, and valuation-related engagements. His experience spans technology segments, including infrastructure software, application software, system software, internet & media, and services, and he has participated in numerous closed transactions including the sale of businesses to large strategic acquirers such as IBM, Microsoft and Oracle.

Prior to Pagemill, Patrick was a senior associate for Standard & Poor’s corporate value consulting group where he performed valuations for technology companies ranging from small, privately-held businesses to Fortune 500 corporations.

Patrick earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan Business School and has Series 7, 63 and 79 securities licenses.
