Roger Dickerson is Chief Financial Officer at Pagemill Partners. He brings more than 20 years of accounting and finance experience to Pagemill and is responsible for financial, administrative and compliance matters, as well as providing guidance on strategic management.  

Prior to Pagemill Partners, Roger served as Director of Corporate Development at Charles Schwab where he led senior leadership teams through the processes of acquisitions and divestitures. Roger first joined Schwab as a Director of Strategic Finance and Planning in the Schwab Technology Group where he led the financial planning and analysis for the software maintenance and development group.

Roger previously held a senior consulting role at Coleman Consulting, a management consulting firm that specializes in workforce and capital scheduling and change management, where he focused on a diverse set of clients and industries with union workforces. Prior to Coleman, Roger worked at Molex, Inc. in various financial analysis and reporting roles in support of the Americas Division. He helped implement, support and manage the financial reporting systems for both corporate headquarters and 17 locations in six countries.

Roger received his Bachelor of Science, Commerce from DePaul University in Chicago and his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago. Roger is registered with FINRA with Series 7, 24 and 27 licenses.
