On October 22, 2019, Enghouse Systems Limited (TSX:ENGH) ("Enghouse") announced its acquisition of Paris-based Eptica S.A. ("Eptica" or "the Company"), a leading cloud-based provider of multi-channel customer engagement software powered by artificial intelligence (AI).

Technology M&A Practice, served as the exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of Eptica.
